Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email or directly from the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container, ensuring all original tags are attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
